Eye-The Smart iPhone Case That Also Runs Android

The bizarre device lets you have an iPhone on the front and Android on the back Called the Eye, the case comes with 256GB of storage and wireless charging and a crowdfunded device will cost £155 ($189) and will be released in August.

Israeli company Esti has designed an iPhone case with an Android phone built in.The Eye have ended the war between iPhone Users and Android users, in terms of battling for superiority.Eye is a case for your iPhone that adds a lot of cool features to it.

A Kickstarter page was launched in February to raise funds for the new device.The company has now reached its funding target of £77,945 ($95,000) and the phone will be released worldwide as soon as August or September of this year.

ESTI Inc, a company based in Tel Aviv, Israel has designed a case for iPhones called the ‘Eye’ that has built-in Android phone. In other words, ESTI has essentially attached an Android smartphone at the back of the iPhone with its case.

The smartphone case will be compatible with the iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 6s, iPhone 6s Plus, iPhone 7, and iPhone 7 Plus.iPhone 8  will be supported a month after its launch. An option will be given to Eye backers to wait until the next iPhone release.Eye shares the speaker, microphone, and cameras of Apple’s device, but otherwise the case is a fully functional standalone device.

1.  5″ FHD AMOLED display

The current technology of the iPhone LCD display is old. In comparison, Eye’s screen is using the best display technology on the market today called AMOLED.With this technology, all colors, including real black, are much more vibrant on the screen.

(There are rumors saying that only the premium version of the iPhone 8 will have an AMOLED display).Additionally, the display size and resolution of the iPhone 6, 6s and 7 is only 4.7″ and 1334×750. Eye’s screen is 5″ and 1920×1080!

2. Expand your storage up to 256GB with the SD card slot

With Eye, you finally get expandable storage on your device! Just pop a micro SD card and back up your iPhone pictures and videos to it with our app.Access the file with any Android file explorer. Eye connects to the iPhone via Lightning so file transfer speed is phenomenal—up to 130MB (yes, bytes!) per second.

3. Wireless charging

Under the Eye screen is a very slim tag supporting Qi wireless charging.You’ll be able to wirelessly charge your iPhone with home chargers that support Qi wireless charging and commercial ones including those in Starbucks, McDonalds, IKEA wireless charge furniture, GMC, Toyota, Lexus, Jeep, Audi, BMW, Chrysler, Cadillac, Kia, and Chevy select automobiles.

It’s got two SIM card slots, is expandable by micro SD cards, has a 3.5mm headphone jack and IR blaster, and contains its own separate battery and NFC chip.The first Eye cases will ship in August 2017, which is a month before the iPhone 8 arrives .

The case is eventually expected to retail between $189 and $229 for the 4G LTE version.
