And that it will be one of the most advanced and energy-efficient data centers in the world.Facebook is making provisions for the future generations to share and connect to each other just as TECHGENEZ is connecting people to the world of TECHNOLOGY.Facebook’s New Data Centre will be 100% renewable energy since its being powered by wind energy.

What is Wind Energy?

Wind energy is a form of Renewable energy. Wind energy (or wind power) describes the process by which wind is used to generate electricity. Wind turbines convert the kinetic energy in the wind into mechanical power. A generator can convert mechanica l power into electricity.

Facebook CEO Zuckerberg (My Role Model)  just posted his view about the new Data Centre on his Facebook Timeline

I just stopped by our new data center being built-in Fort Worth, Texas. It’s going to be one of the biggest data centers in the world and it’s powered entirely by wind energy. This site was a dirt field just a year and a half ago.

Now almost 1,000 people work here every day. I was also impressed that 43% of the full-time employees at the data center are veterans. It goes to show that data centers like this one aren’t just important to keep our service up and running, they’re also important parts of the community. Thanks to everyone in Fort Worth for having me! — at Fort Worth Data Center.
