Apple’s exceptional stock market performance in 2023 stands in sharp contrast to the challenges it faced in 2022 when its market cap fell below $2 trillion for the first time since early 2021.

As the first half of 2023 concluded, Wall Street celebrated a positive note with the tech rally leading markets to close higher for both the month and the second quarter. The S&P 500 recorded a 6.5% gain in June, its strongest monthly performance since January. Moreover, it achieved its third consecutive quarter of growth, rising 8.3% in the second quarter.
