SK Hynix Vice Chairman, Park Jung-ho, spoke at a symposium on Wednesday and predicted that the rise of chatbots using artificial intelligence (AI) will create a surge in demand for advanced memory chips. SK Hynix began mass-producing HBM3, its latest high bandwidth memory product, in June 2022, and it has been used for operating supercomputers and advanced AI technology. The company supplies its HBM3 products to Nvidia.
