The missile strike in Poland — Dmitry Peskov, a spokesperson for the Kremlin, told CNN that he was unaware of the event that happened in eastern Poland on Tuesday.

According to unconfirmed sources cited by Poland’s Radio Zet on Tuesday, two missiles struck grain dryers in the hamlet of Przewodow in the Lublin Voivodeship in eastern Poland, not far from the Ukrainian border. Two persons were reportedly murdered in the event, according to the article. The report says nothing about where the rockets came from.

“Unfortunately I don’t have any information on that,” CNN quoted Peskov as saying.

The Ukrainian-Polish border region was not the target of any strikes, according to the Russian Defense Ministry. The ministry issued a statement saying, “The wreckage published by Polish mass media from the scene in Przewodow has no relation to Russian firepower.
